Check In/Check Out
Check-In is 3 pm.
Our office is open daily from 8am to 7pm. If you plan on arriving after 7 pm, your key will be placed in a security box outside the front door. You must complete your check-in the following morning.
Arrangements can be made for early or late check-in with prior notice.
Check-out is by 11 a.m.
Late check-out fee may be applied after 11 a.m.
We may require a minimum three night stay during special events and holidays.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or cash. Other credit cards are accepted, please inquire.
For security purposes, a credit card is required to reserve a room.
Absolutely no checks accepted for balance.
Single night reservations or reservations made within 48 hours of the arrival date, 100% is due at the time of booking. For all others, a 50% deposit is due at reservation.
Balance is due at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Because we are a small hotel, cancellations, changes in reservation dates or refunds for late arrivals or early departures are not permitted. No-Shows will be charged for the full scheduled stay.
We kindly refund deposits up to 15 days from arrival. After this time we can only refund deposit provided we resell the nights covered by the reservation.
For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice from the check-in date, the full reservation will be charged.
No refunds for holiday or special events reservations.
All cancellation refunds will be processed within 7 business days of notice.

General Policies

You must be 21 or older to stay at The View Palm Springs. We’ve created a relaxing & romantic escape for our guests.
Guest must agree to accept liability for any damages to the property including but not limited to furniture, structure and landscaping. Guest must also agree to reimburse The View Palm Springs for cost incurred to repair/replace damaged items.
The View Palm Springs does not assume liability for any inconvenience arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, electric or plumbing. The View Palm Springs will not accept any liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond our control.
Because we are a small hotel, we reserve the right to change your selected room to a comparable or upgraded room without notice if necessary in order to accommodate other reservation requests for multiple day stays which may overlap with your scheduled stay.

The View Palm Springs is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized experience.
We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about changes to the web site, new The View Palm Springs services, and special offers we think you'll find valuable.
The View Palm Springs does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

Pets

Small well-behaved pets are allowed in our "Traditional" room. A $25 pet fee will be added to your reservation. Additional charges may be imposed for damage to property by the pet during your stay. Pets must be kept on leash at all times in the common areas. You must immediately clean-up after your pet. Dogs must be supervised at all times.
